Flourish Fi is a fintech platform built to transform financial data into meaningful user engagement. Founded in Berkeley, California, its mission is to help people build healthier financial habits, using behavioral science, gamification, and real-time incentives to make saving rewarding and financial decisions intuitive.
Jordan Trevino from Telos Labs partnered with Pedro Moura and Jessica Eting from Flourish Fi from its earliest days, helping design and develop the first version of its savings experience. What began as a web-based app evolved into a mobile-first platform, and eventually into a robust behavioral engagement engine used by banks and fintechs across Latin America and beyond.
Our work laid the technical and architectural foundation for what Flourish Fi is today: a multi-tenant SaaS platform with SDKs, microservices, campaign engines, and advanced gamification mechanics that drive sustained financial engagement.

As the platform expanded, the core principles established during the MVP phase: modularity, flexibility, and user-centered engagement became essential for supporting diverse partners, high-volume financial events, and rapid customization. Today, Flourish Fi stands as a mature ecosystem of services, SDKs, and content tools that allow financial institutions to quickly deploy personalized, behavior-driven experiences designed to deepen customer relationships and improve financial wellness.
We partnered with Flourish’s founders from the beginning, shaping the initial behavioral vision and building a flexible web-enabled mobile MVP that demonstrated how gamified saving could work in practice. This early framework guided the platform’s transition into a multi-product architecture supported by microservices, SDKs, and real-time event processing. As the product matured, the foundation we created enabled Flourish Fi to expand confidently, integrating with diverse financial institutions and growing into the comprehensive engagement platform it is today.
