Truss simplifies the process of requesting and organizing client documents for CPAs, making them securely and easily accessible for the firm and their clients.

We revamped the platform, enhancing the experience of CPAs and clients throughout the tax return process.

THE OBJECTIVE

The aim was to create an enhanced platform with a straightforward workflow. Which allows CPAs to create, track and send their requests with fewer iterations and provide access for clients to upload their tax documents in a single space.
Our team helped in the definition, implementation and delivery of an MVP. We also ensured that the platform was accessible from the Outlook platform, creating an add-in to facilitate the request of client documents.
We also contributed to automating the experience for the CPAs by getting a quick start through a file upload.

THE RESULTS

In 2023, we launched the MVP focused on NDA contract automation. Subsequently, we have built other features that allow for other contract type automations, including custom contract templates. As a result, we have onboarded several organizations and won two Stevies Awards for Innovation of the Year and Legal Solution.
