Telos Labs Integrates Flourish for Fintech Growth
Berkeley, CA — January 2026— Telos Labs today announced the integration of Flourish Fi , a financial engagement product used by hundreds of thousands of consumers across the United States and Latin America, into the Telos organization.
Flourish Fi helps banks and fintech companies to drive meaningful user engagement inside the applications their customers already use to manage their money. Today, the platform supports over two dozen banks and financial institutions, delivers engagement workflows that improve financial participation and outcomes, and has processed hundreds of millions of transactions.
The integration represents a full-circle moment for Telos Labs. Telos played a foundational role in building the first version of Flourish Fi, helping define its early architecture and engineering practices. Since then, the Flourish Fi team independently scaled the platform, built its own product and engineering organization, and established a durable presence in the fintech ecosystem.
“This integration is not about expanding our services,” said Telos Labs founder Jordan Trevino. “It’s about deepening our commitment to fintech products that actually get used. Flourish demonstrates what happens when disciplined engineering and thoughtful product design are applied to real financial behavior.”
The integration strengthens Telos Labs’ capabilities across fintech engagement workflows, consumer-facing financial products, and AI-enabled product systems. Flourish’s engineering team will join Telos, expanding capacity across Telos’ core fintech stack while Flourish continues to operate as a standalone SaaS platform serving banks and fintechs directly.
As part of the integration, Flourish co-founder Pedro Moura will join Telos as an Operating Partner while continuing to lead Flourish. Pedro brings deep expertise in fintech product strategy, regulated environments, and operating profitable software businesses, and will help guide Telos’ fintech practice.

“Telos has always shared our belief that financial software should be useful, engaging, and responsibly built,” said Moura. “Joining forces allows us to continue expanding Flourish’s impact while bringing our combined learnings, including financial AI capabilities, into the product.”
Founded as a product engineering firm, Telos Labs has focused on building software that matters while remaining grounded in long-term stewardship. The integration of Flourish reflects that philosophy.
“Many otherwise excellent software businesses will not succeed chasing venture outcomes,” Trevino added. “Some important products deserve to grow thoughtfully, improve over time, and continue serving the people who rely on them. Flourish fits squarely into that category, and we’re proud to carry its vision forward.”
This integration marks a significant step in Telos Labs’ evolution, from engineering partner to long-term product steward, and reinforces its position as a trusted builder of fintech products with real-world impact.
